March is Brain Health Awareness Month – so what better time to learn how to think and work smarter?

We’ve worked with our long-time partners at The University of Texas at Dallas’ Center for Brainhealth to create an infographic that highlights daily habits that are toxic to your brain’s health and then shares tips on how to improve your brain’s performance. After all, we truly do believe that an organized life means a sharp mind!

For example, did you know that multi-tasking causes brain fatigue and multiplies the time it takes you to finish a task by 5?? It’s true!
