Happy New Year! In 2011, we remain committed to and are even more focused on our unique, employee-first culture — making The Container Store an even more joyful place to work and to shop. Whether you’re an employee, a customer, a vendor or a community partner — we know we’ll be doing so many special and exciting things together in the coming year. To kick it off, you just have to watch this behind the scenes video of the making of our Happy New Year’s card! During our Service Awards this past October for our tenure employees, when we had so many from around the country at our home office, our creative team hosted a photo shoot where they organized all of us into the numbers of the year 2011 that are featured in the card we sent to our customers. It was just a blast to see how it all came together. I hope that your grin is as big as mine was when I saw the final result — many of our employees smiling and wishing all of you a Happy New Year!
