   Don’t know about what it’s like to work for the Container Store — but as a customer I am always greeted with helpful and friendly associates. At this moment an installer is at my home, fixing up three of our closets with Elfa shelving….and, true to form he is considerate, friendly and efficient. The Container Store is #1 on my list!!!

   It’s no suprise to me, one of your talking billboards. I always enjoy shopping at your stores mostly due to always being able to find what I’m looking for. Your employees greet the customers and are eager to help with every shopping experience I have. The decision making people of the company should continue to make the employees of TCS feel like they’re assets to the company and you will continue to have happy employees, which in turn makes shoppers have GREAT experience in the stores!! Your stores deserve the recognition.

They get it right from BEST customer service (phone, orders, in store) to inside corporate structure extending outward. Not only are your products wonderfully crafted, presented, and guaranteed, couple that with employer-employee relationships for a winning situation equating to corporate succes.
