Not only do we offer a beautiful assortment of storage and organization solutions, but we have the finest group of employees ever assembled! Their diverse talents and intuition provide a matchless customer experience. Our employees make this a great place to work because they’re passionate and happy! We want to help our time and space-starved friends in Las Vegas breathe a little easier as they create clutter-free spaces in their homes and offices.
For those of us in the store, this honor is both humbling and exciting because of how diligently we work every day to create a place that is both rewarding and stimulating for our co-workers. We strive to motivate and uplift each other in order for the entire store to be successful, but we don’t compromise our kindness and compassion when it comes to how we treat each other. “Communication is Leadership” is one of our Foundation Principles, and it’s our standard for maintaining an open and honest work environment where everyone can thrive.
It’s very rewarding to be one of very few retailers on this list. We’ve found a way to strike a balance between profitability and humanity and we never forget that it’s our employees who make us successful. This award is a testament to them, and to our fantastic customers who we get to work with every day!
